Completed third storey addition and rear extension over existing 2 storey brick building. Our firm helped convert this existing home into four residential units. We helped lead the minor variance process to secure additional height to allow for the third storey. Taking advantage of the recent Toronto Multiplex by-laws, our team helped our client navigate the entire approvals process and guided them through the construction process.
